摘要：
综述了目前凝固热热泵系统的研究现状，提出了一种提取人工热源中冷水凝固热的热泵系统。阐述了系统结构与运行原理，并分析了系统的关键问题与经济性。分析结果表明，提取冷水凝固热热泵系统具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract：
Reviews the current research status of the freezing latent heat pump system. Proposes a freezing latent heat pump system which extracts heat from cool water of artificial heat source. Elaborates the system structure and operation principle in detail, and analyses the key problems and economy of the system. The results show that the system has broad application prospects.
