窗式通风器在保障性住房中应用的通风效果模拟分析
Simulation analysis of ventilation effect of window ventilators applied to affordable housings
摘要:
针对保障性住房套型建筑面积相对较小、平面布局不利于通风换气的特点,以北京地区保障性住房的2种典型户型为研究对象,从通风器对室内气流组织及热环境影响的角度出发,对通风器与动力驱动设备联动运行时6种不同工况下的室内通风换气效果进行了模拟分析。结果表明:窗式通风器的设置可满足室内热舒适要求;将窗式通风器设置在散热器的上方更有利于室内热环境和空气品质的提升。
Abstract:
In consideration of the affordable housings characteristics of small dwelling area and poor ventilaton, takes two typical units of affordable housing in Beijing as the research objects, proceeds from the influence of ventilators on indoor air distribution and thermal environment, and gives simulation analysis of ventilation effect in six different conditions. The results show that setting window ventilators can satisfy the indoor thermal comfort requirements, and the window ventilators installed above radiators are more helpful to improve indoor thermal environment and air quality.
