某高大洁净厂房空调净化设计特点分析
Air conditioning and purification design features of a large-space clean workshop
摘要:
介绍了海南某低温低湿洁净厂房采用的温度、湿度和洁净度3个参数独立控制的设计方案,采用了平面分区、竖向分层、分层高度可调的气流组织形式,热回收冷冻除湿方案、夹墙分散空调方案和空调冷凝水回收等技术措施,并根据测试研究结果减小了净化换气次数和新风换气次数。这些优化措施的综合作用使空调净化系统的投资、能耗、运行费用和机房面积均大幅度减少。该洁净厂房的空调净化系统已经通过了冬夏季工况的调试考核,各项性能指标均满足设计要求,其设计研究的探索实践对高大洁净厂房的工程设计和相关设计规范的修编具有参考意义。
Abstract:
Presents the temperature, humidity and cleanliness independent control design scheme of a low temperature and humidity clean workshop in Hainan. Adopts the air distribution patterns of the plane partition, vertical stratification and stratification height adjustable, and the technical measures of the refrigeration dehumidification with heat recovery, split air conditioners in contracture wall and air conditioning condensed water recovery. According to the test results, reduces the purification and ventilation rate. The combined effect of these optimization measures greatly reduces the investment cost, energy consumption, operating cost and the plant area. The air conditioning and purification system has passed the examination of winter and summer conditions, and all the performance indexes meet the design requirements. The design and research exploration practice will play an important role for the engineering design of large-space clean workshop and related design codes revision.
