国内外居住建筑最小通风量和换气次数的研究
Research on minimum ventilation rate and air change rate of residential buildings at home and abroad

介绍了16个国家有关居住建筑最小通风量和换气次数的通风标准,将各国现有居住建筑通风标准分别应用于当地平均居住面积住宅和中国普通住宅,计算其最小通风量和换气次数,并进行分析比较。结果表明:各国制定通风标准时所考虑的因素不同,最小通风量和换气次数有所差别;换气次数为0.5 h-1时可以满足大部分国家通风标准所规定的通风要求,个别国家高于0.5 h-1;中国的换气次数接近平均水平。
Abstract:
Presents the current residential ventilation standards and regulations in 16 countries. Applies the ventilation standards to the local average living space and common residences in China respectively, and analyses the minimum ventilation rate and air change rate. The results show that ventilation standards in different countries are formulated based on various factors. Thus the minimum ventilation rates are different. The air change rate of 0.5 h-1 meets the ventilation requirements for the most of countries, but the values of a few countries are higher. The air change rate in China is close to average level compared to the other countries.
