WELL标准是第一个以人的健康为导向的建筑评价体系。介绍了WELL标准的关注点、基本认证程序、认证分级等内容，着重介绍了与室内空气有关的内容。将总共29项内容分成4个部分进行了归类介绍，分析了需要注意的事项及设计标准，并提出了相关建议等。

Abstract：
The Well Building Standard is the first health-oriented building evaluation system. Presents the cores, basic certification program and certification classification of WELL standard, and emphatically presents the contents related to the indoor air. Divides the total twenty-nine items into four parts, analyses the matters deserving to be noticed and the design standard, and puts forwards some suggestions.
