不同建筑密度及容积率下架空层的设置对自然通风影响的量化分析

摘要:

利用PHOENICS软件,以室外舒适风区比例、建筑组团中的平均风速、准静风区的平均风速及舒适风区的平均风速为指标,系统、定量地分析了不同建筑密度及容积率下建筑底层架空的设置对自然通风的影响。结果表明,建筑底层架空时,对建筑组团的风环境状况有较好的改善作用,其中对于改善高建筑密度、低容积率建筑组团的风环境状况更为有效。

Abstract:

Taking the ratio of outdoor comfort zone, and the average wind speed in building groups, quasi static air zone and comfort zone as indexes, quantitatively analyses the impact of first floor overhead on natural ventilation under different building densities and plot ratios with PHOENICS software. The results show that the building overhead can improve the air distribution environment of building groups, especially for the building groups with high building density and low plot ratio.
