城市原生污水源热泵系统干渠取水分析
Analysis of sewage from trunk canal in urban untreated sewage source heat pump system
摘要:
介绍了城市原生污水源热泵系统干渠取水工艺,给出了干渠开口方式及其水头损失计算方法,分析了重力流流量与引水管坡度等参数的关联关系式,指出了理论水深和实际水深的区别,推导得出了实际水深与开口位置、引水管位置参数的关系式,并进行了示例设计。研究表明,开口处流速宜取1.5~2 m/s,开口处的水头损失在180~330 mm之间,引水管的坡度应根据流量、管径和实际水深确定。
Abstract:
Presents the technology of sewage getting from trunk canal in urban untreated sewage source heat pump system, gives the opening mode of trunk canal and the head loss calculation method, analyses the correlation relation between flow rate and other parameters such as gradient in gravity flow, points out the difference between theoretical water depth and practical water depth, deduces the relation between practical depth and the position parameters of openings and diversion tube, and gives a demonstration design. The study result shows that the velocity at opening should be 1.5 to 2 m/s, the head loss is between 180 to 330 mm, and the gradient of water diversion pipe should be determined by flow rate, pipe diameter and practical water depth.
