摘要：
介绍了该办公建筑空调系统设计，着重介绍了人员密度及在室率、电器设备功率密度、照明功率密度及开关率的选取，地板辐射供冷量的计算及校核，会议室新风系统的设计及蓄能罐的容量选型设计。对该项目一年的实际运行效果和设计进行了对比分析，介绍了天然冷源的使用，对运行调试过程产生的问题进行了分析并提出了解决办法。

Abstract：
Presents the HVAC system design of an office building, states the selection of the occupancy density and in room rate, electrical equipment power density, lighting power density and switching rate, radiant floor cooling capacity calculation and checking, and the outdoor air system design of the conference room and energy storage tank capacity selection and design. Compares and analyses the actual operation effect, presents the use of natural cold source, analyses the problems in the process of running and commissioning, and puts forward the solutions.
