防烟排烟系统设计与验收中常见问题探讨
Analysis and discussion on common issues of smoke control system in fire acceptance process
摘要:
通过对工程实践中防烟、排烟系统常见问题的分析,从设计、施工、安装等方面提出了解决方法。指出机械加压送风井、排烟井内不得凸入梁、柱、多叶送风口、多叶排烟口等;风道竖井内壁应光滑,严密不漏风,洞口应采取防火封堵;排烟系统较大时应计算风道的漏风量、排烟阀(口)的漏风量,以满足排烟量的要求;设计说明中应明确风阀(口)的功能、控制要求。
Abstract:
Investigates the common issues of smoke control and management system in engineering practice and suggests the solutions from design, construction and installation. Points out that beams, columns, multi-blade air supply outlets and multi-blade smoke exhaust ports should be avoided protruding into the mechanical pressurized air supply duct and smoke exhaust duct. The inner wall of duct should be smooth and tight and without air leakage. The air outlets of the duct should be blocked by fireproof material. Air leakage volumes of the air duct and smoke exhaust valves (air outlets) should be calculated to meet the smoke exhaust requirements in large smoke exhaust system. The functions and the control requirements of air valves (air outlets) should be illustrated clearly in the design specification.
