摘要：
提出了一种基于建筑特性的冷热电负荷预测方法，通过对典型城市典型建筑冷热电逐时负荷特性的研究，提供区域能源设计使用的建筑用能侧冷热电负荷预测和基础数据。对研究方法进行了阐述，并对计算结果的准确性进行了验证，同时介绍了基础数据库的使用方法和计算公式。

Abstract：
Provides a dynamic cooling, heating and power load forecast method based on architectural features. Studies some typical buildings cooling, heating and power hourly load characteristic in some typical cities, and provides the building-side load forecasting methods and basic data in district energy design. Verifies the accuracies of the research results, and presents the use of basic database and the calculation formula.
