我国大型航站楼室内环境质量与旅客满意度实测研究
Research on indoor environment quality and passengers satisfaction in Chinese airport terminals

基于后评估(POE)方法,对我国5个气候区的8座机场的11栋航站楼开展了室内环境质量与旅客满意度的测试与调研,包括热环境、空气质量、光环境、声环境等,积累了近2年的室内客观环境参数与3 489份旅客主观满意度问卷,对不同航站楼的室内环境质量与旅客满意度进行对比,并结合主客观测试结果展开综合分析。研究发现,各项环境质量基本达标,旅客满意度平均水平为“较满意”,不同航站楼之间的主观满意度调研结果与客观环境参数测试结果具有较强的相关性。
Abstract:
With post-occupancy evaluation (POE) method, conducts the indoor environmental measurements and passengers satisfaction survey in eleven terminals of eight airports in five climate zones of China, covering indoor thermal environment, air quality, lighting environment and acoustic environment. Using accumulative nearly 2-year objective environmental data and 3 489 subjective questionnaire samples, analyses and compares indoor environmental quality (IEQ) and passengers satisfaction among different airport terminals. Finds that the most of IEQ factors accord with the standards and the average passengers satisfactory level is ‘just satisfied’. Besides, the subjective satisfactory level is highly correlated with the objective environmental measurement among different airport terminals.
