制丝车间分区空调送风方式
Air supply pattern of division air conditioning in primary processing workshop of cigarette

根据卷烟厂生产工段对温湿度的要求,将制丝车间划分成4个空调区,适当放宽了空调参数的要求。为满足固定操作岗位及特殊需求部位的要求,局部区域设置岗位送风。比较了喷流、喷射、旋流风口的送风特性,发现径向可调的旋流XL600风口更适合全面送风,喷射风口CY400以1 000 m3/h风量进行岗位送风的效果较好。通过三维气流组织模拟分析,确定了旋流风口送风与喷射风口送风相结合的节能送风方式。
Abstract:
Based on different air conditioning parameters of different processing sections, separates the primary processing workshop into four air conditioning zones, and broadens the scope of air conditioning parameters. Applies task air supply in order to meet the air conditioning requests of operation posts and special sections. Compares the air supply performances of nozzle, injection outlet and swirl diffuser. Finds that XL600 swirl diffuser is suitable for general air supply system and CY400 injection outlet with 1 000 m3/h is much better for independent air supply system. Prefers to swirl diffuser combined with injection outlet for partial zone by 3D air flow simulation.
