树脂喷涂车间喷涂区通风系统设计
Ventilation system design of spray painting zone in resin spraying workshop
摘要：
介绍了树脂喷涂车间的通风流程特点，对喷涂区工艺参数及传统设计方案进行分析。阐述了孔板送风设计方案及其原理，提出了气流组织、压差的施工经验初步检测评定方法，并对其效果进行评定，达到了预期设计目的和使用效果。

Abstract：
Presents the ventilation system features in resin spraying workshops, analyses the process parameters of spraying zone and traditional design scheme. States the orifice plate air supply design scheme and its principle, proposes the preliminary inspection method of construction experience of air distribution and pressure difference, and evaluates its test results, which finally realize the expected design purpose and application effect of energy storage, safety, environment protection and energy saving.
