高温太阳能蓄热熔融盐的制备及熔点测试
Molten salt preparation and melting point testing of high temperature solar energy storage systems
摘要:
介绍了熔融盐(KNO3和NaNO3的质量百分比为54%∶46%)的制备及实验关键环节,研究了升温速度和积分区间对熔融盐熔点的影响。结果表明:该熔融盐相变材料的熔点为220.55 ℃,具有良好的稳定性;升温速度和积分区间对熔点的影响较小,但是积分区间对潜热的影响较大。

Abstract:
Presents the preparation of the molten salt with 54% KNO3 and 46% NaNO3 and the process of the experiment. Studies the influence of heating rate and integrating range on the melting point. The results show that the melting point of the material is 220.55 ℃ with a good stability. The effects of the heating rate and integrating range on the melting point can almost be ignored, but the integrating range has a larger influence on the latent heat of the molten salt.
