Engineering applicability of liquid circulation heat recovery system
摘要:
阐述了液体循环式热回收装置的工作原理、组成、分类及特点,从工程适应性角度提出了该装置的综合评价方法,并基于产出投入比建立了数学模型。针对北京与重庆地区的2个典型案例,提出了热回收经济运行温度,详细计算了综合评价指数,揭示了地域气候特性、投资回收期、乙二醇热回收管路长度、系统旁通及运行策略等相关因素对综合评价指数的影响。
Abstract:
Describes the working principle, composition, classification and characteristics of a liquid circulation heat recovery device, proposes the comprehensive evaluation method of the heat recovery system from the view of engineering application, and develops the mathematical model based on the ratio of recycling to investment. According to two typical projects in Beijing and Chongqing, proposes the economic operation temperature, calculates the comprehensive evaluation index in detail, and reveals the effects of location climate, length of ethylene glycol recovery pipe, investment payback period, system bypass and operation strategy on the comprehensive evaluation index.
