推导得出了离心泵并联运行时效率和功率的计算公式。分析得出:同型号水泵并联运行时泵组总功率最小的必要条件是运行水泵的调速率相同;2种型号水泵并联组成的泵组,可采用枚举法确定泵组总功率最小时各型号水泵的运行台数和调速率,即节能运行最优解,并给出了应用实例。该方法可用于泵组的运行优化控制及确定最节能的泵组选用方案。
Abstract:
Deduces the calculation formulas of efficiency and power of centrifugal pumps paralleled. Concludes that the requirement for minimizing the total power of the pump group is the same speed change rate of the operating pumps when the same type pumps are paralleled, and that the enumeration algorithm can be used to determine the operating number and speed change rate of different types of pumps (the optimized energy saving operating solution) when the total power of the pump group with two types of pumps is minimal. Gives application examples. The method can be used for optimal control of pump group and determining the most energy efficient pump group selection scheme.
