上海某宾馆综合节能改造案例分析

摘要：
针对该宾馆进行了综合节能改造，采用磁悬浮冷水机组替换原有螺杆式冷水机组，对输配系统的水泵进行更换并加装变频装置，热水系统集中供热改为分散式供热，对照明系统进行节能改造，进行能源管理平台建设等。依据测试结果及实际运行能耗数据，综合改造后半年内节电195.53万kW·h，节电率23.09%。

Abstract：
Considering the existing problems of a hotel in Shanghai, performs the energy saving reformation by applying magnetic suspension chiller to replace screw chiller, adding inverters to water pumps, using dispersed supply of heating in sports center, efficient lighting system, building energy management system and others. Depending on test and actual energy consumption data, 1 955 300 kWh of electricity can be saved in a half year after reconstraction with energy saving ratio of 23.09%.
