上海地区星级饭店用能特性研究
Research on energy consumption characteristics of star-rated hotels
摘要：
基于上海市星级饭店能源审计、市级分项计量平台分项计量监测数据及统计数据库，对上海地区典型星级饭店用能特性进行了研究。利用统计学方法，从综合用能水平、一次能源消耗比例、不同用电系统用能水平、不同用电系统用能比例等要点切入，基于实际建筑用能数据客观、科学地对不同星级饭店用能特性进行分析并给出相关参考值，为星级饭店相关的政策制定、标准编制、节能评估等工作提供了数据支撑。
Abstract：
Based on the data of three modules including energy consumption statistics, energy audit and energy consumption monitoring in Shanghai Energy Monitoring Platform, investigates the energy consumption characteristics of star-rated hotels and presents the key indexes for different kinds of star-rated hotels, such as total energy consumption level, ratio of primary energy consumption, electrical system energy consumption level and electricity consumption ratio of different kinds of electrical systems. Provides the data support for the relevant policies, standards and energy-saving evalution of star-rated hotels.
