对建筑节能2.0的思考
Thinking on building energy efficiency 2.0
摘要：
在经济新常态和城镇化新形势下，建筑节能事业发展到新阶段。提出了对进一步推动建筑节能的建议，并对升级版的建筑节能即建筑能效提升的特点作了诠释。认为建筑能效提升的重点在于以人为本、技术的综合利用、能耗总量和强度的双控、可再生能源和能源互联网等新技术的利用，并把节能理念融入规划、设计、建造、运行和改造的全过程之中。
Abstract：
In the new normal of economy and the new situation of urbanization, the building energy efficiency (BEE) is entering into a new stage. Presents the recommendations to further promote Chinese building energy efficiency, and explains the upgraded version of BEE namely to enhance building energy performance. Believes that the focuses of building energy performance improvement are the people oriented, comprehensive utilization of technologies, dual control of the total amount and intensity of energy consumption, as well as the use of renewable energy and new technologies such as Internet of energy, and integrates the energy-saving concepts into the whole process of planning, design, construction, operation and retrofit of buildings.
