多联机性能随配管长度衰减特性研究
Performance attenuation of multi-split variable refrigerant flow units affected by length of refrigerant pipeline

通过建立考虑配管阻力的集总参数法数学模型和实验研究,在名义制冷与制热工况下定量分析了室内外机组之间配管的长度对多联机的制冷量、制热量和输入功率等性能参数的影响。结果显示,对于室外机未设置过冷器的多联机,制冷量和制热量的衰减率分别为(0.15~0.18)%/m和(0.08~0.12)%/m,制冷输入功率减小率为(0.08~0.10)%/m。建议在室外机上设置过冷器。
Abstract:
Establishes a lumped parameter mathematical model considering the resistance along the refrigerant pipeline and performs an experimental study of a multi-split variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system. Quantitatively investigates the influences of the length of refrigerant pipeline connecting the outdoor and indoor units on cooling capacity, heating capacity and input power under the nominal cooling and heating conditions. The results show that when there is no subcooler in the outdoor unit, the attenuation rates of cooling capacity and heating capacity are 0.15 to 0.18 %/m and 0.08 to 0.12 %/m respectively, and the decrease rate of input power is 0.08 to 0.10 %/m. Proposes to install a subcooler in the outdoor unit.
