该规范突出了工业建筑的内容，删除了有关民用建筑部分内容和过时的内容，改写不再适用的内容，更新参数、技术指标及技术规定。该规范充分反映了我国工业建筑发展的现状和需求，规定了工业建筑供暖通风与空气调节设计的基本内容和要求，体现了工业建筑对安全、卫生、节能与环保的要求，同时兼顾了舒适、健康的要求。

Abstract：
Highlights the contents of industrial buildings, deletes the parts of related civil buildings and outdated contents, and updates the parameters, technical indexes and technical regulations. The code fully reflects the current situation and the needs of the industrial building development in China, sets the basic contents and requirements of heating ventilation and air conditioning design for industrial buildings, and highlights the requirements of safety, sanitation, energy saving and environmental protection, as well as comfort and healthy.
