太阳能相变蓄热地板辐射供暖系统应用于乌鲁木齐地区办公建筑的实验研究

摘要:

提出了一种新型太阳能相变蓄热地板辐射供暖系统,并针对乌鲁木齐一典型办公建筑搭建了实验台。基于太阳能相变蓄热传热理论提出了该系统冬季供暖运行方法;基于热性能指标对所构建的系统不同工况下的供暖性能进行了评价。实验结果表明:冬季室外太阳日辐照度高于20 MJ/m2时,利用该系统可以实现完全利用太阳能供暖,供暖房间操作温度比非供暖房间温度高6~7 ℃;在太阳辐照度满足蓄热需求时,该系统所采用的DX-53相变板单位质量蓄热量为水的2倍;依据实验得出的运行工况,系统在冬季供暖期平均太阳能保证率为63%,在11月和3月则高达77%和100%。

Abstract:

Proposes a new solar energy phase change thermal storage floor radiant heating system, and builds an experimental rig for an office building in Urumqi. Based on the theory of solar energy phase change thermal storage,presents the heating methods of this system. According to the thermal performance index of the system, evaluates the heating performance under different conditions. The experimental results show that when solar radiation is higher than 13 MJ/m2, the application of the proposed system can realize the full utilization of solar energy for heating, the operative temperature of heating room is 6 to 7 ℃ higher than non-heating room, when solar radiation can satisfy the heat storage requirement, the heat storage capacity per unit mass of DX-53 adopted in this research is twice as much as that of water source, and based on the system operation strategy acquired by experiment, the average solar fraction of the system is 63%, and it can reach 77%in November and 100% in March respectively during winter heating period in Urumqi.
