摘要：
介绍了夏热冬冷地区某办公建筑的绿色化运营情况。结合项目采用的绿色建筑技术，分析了项目的水、电、气的运营能耗以及各项能耗使用特点，并对进一步节能节水措施提出了建议。针对项目室内环境品质，以实际测量数据明确了室内污染物浓度、室内噪声、室内照度的取值，满足相关标准及人员舒适性要求。

Abstract：
Presents a green office building operation experience in hot summer and cold winter zone. Based on the green building technologies adopted by the project, analyses the actual energy consumption of water, electricity and gas, and suggests the further energy and water conservation measures. According to the indoor environment quality, defines the values of indoor pollutant concentration, indoor noise and indoor illumination by the actual measurement data, which satisfy the requirements of related standards and occupants comfort.
