如何正确认识医疗环境控制技术是一个值得探讨的课题，这取决于医疗过程环境控制要求与感染风险的认定。分析了将空气净化器标准的控制理念、检测方法、效果评价应用到医疗环境控制的错误认识，以及引起不良后果的原因。在我国已经形成了较为合理的医疗环境控制技术，以适应医疗水平与感染控制认识的动态发展。

Abstract：
It is a worth subject exploring how to understand correctly the medical environment control technology, which depends on the control requirements of medical procedure environment and the risk of infection identified. Analyses the misconceptions of misusing the control concept, test method and effect evaluation of the air cleaner standard to medical environment control, and the reasons of causing adverse consequences. The reasonable medical environmental control technology has been formed in our country, so as to adapt to the dynamic development of medical level and infection control knowledge.
