客机回风舱过滤过程数值模拟研究

摘要:

大型客机回风舱内的高效过滤器可以有效地去除颗粒污染物。由于回风舱较为复杂的几何结构、空气过滤器多孔介质的层流化作用及颗粒污染物在滤料表面的不断沉积,使得回风舱内的空气流动较为复杂。建立了一套拉格朗日数值计算方法以研究回风舱内复杂的流动特性以及颗粒物的过滤沉积过程。与文献中的数据进行了比较,数值方法的误差可以接受。模拟结果表明回风舱内靠近进口处空气速度较大,但是滤速分布均匀,压降主要集中于滤料。滤料表面颗粒层的分布较为均匀,颗粒层的沉降-压降曲线呈线性。在过滤器整体过滤面积一定的条件下,改变过滤器结构参数(如褶皱高度、褶皱距离等)对于整体压降及回风舱内颗粒沉积百分比影响不大,因此建议设计时更多地考虑增大过滤面积,并使得过滤器设计更加紧凑。

Abstract:

The high efficiency air filter in recycle cabin of airliner can remove the particle pollutant. The complex geometry of recycle cabin, laminar effect of porous medium and unsteady clogging process of particulate matters make the air flow distribution in recycle cabin very complicate. Develops a Lagrange numerical simulation method to investigate the flow field and particle filtration process in the recycle cabin. Compares the simulation results using the numerical model with the available experimental data in literature, which shows that the error of the numerical model is acceptable. The results show that the air velocity near the inlet location is larger, but the filtration velocity along the filter surface is well-distributed, and the pressure drop of the recycle cabin is mainly caused by the filter medium. The particle layer is also well-distributed on the filter surface, and the transient pressure drop versus deposited mass curve is liner. If the total filtration surface area is constant value, the parameter variation of pleat structure and filter geometry has no obvious influence on the total pressure drop particle filtration percentage. Therefore, suggests designing the larger filtration surface and more compact air filter.
