排烟系统的特点及排烟风机的选择

现行防火规范对排烟系统设计的要求和计算案例只注重排烟风机风量的确定,却没有提及风机的风压和风机的类型对排烟系统运行的影响。根据该规范中例题,按照规范的要求确定排烟系统的风量和风道尺寸,计算排烟系统的阻力,对常用的3种排烟风机进行选型,并详细分析在不同防烟分区着火时,排烟管网特性的变化和不同类型排烟风机的实际工作状况,归纳出排烟系统的特点以及选择排烟风机时应注意的问题。
Abstract:
As for designing smoke exhaust system, the requirement and calculation cases of the current fire prevention code only pay attention to determining the air volume of the exhaust fan without mentioning the influence of air pressure and types of fans on smoke evacuation system operation. In line with the example in the code, determines the air volume and the real dimension of duct, calculates the resistance of smoke exhaust system, and makes mode selection for three common use smoke exhaust fans according to the requirement of the code. Analyses the changes of smoke exhaust pipeline characteristics and actual working condition in detail. Concludes the characteristics of smoke exhaust system and some issues worthwhile attention in selecting smoke exhaust fan.
