室内环境热舒适与热健康客观评价的生物实验研究

摘要:

从人体生理实验和分子生物实验两方面开展了研究。遴选出了人体热舒适客观评价的显著生理指标——感觉神经传导速度(SCV),并通过大量的人体生理实验得出了SCV的温度响应图,建立了SCV全温度范围内的响应模型。通过分子生物学实验研究,检测了冷、热温度感受器TRP通道蛋白的表达变化,阐释了生物机体温度敏感性变化特性的分子机理。

Abstract:

Conducts the studies of the physiological experiments and molecular biological experiments. Taking the typical sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) as a significant index, manifests the change rule of SCV at different ambient temperatures and obtains the regression model of SCV to operative temperatures. Based on molecular biological experiments, explains the thermal response and thermoregulation in vivo at the molecular level through the gene expression of thermo-TRPs quantitatively.
