Central air conditioning system performance evaluation and retrofitting suggestions for a hotel in Guangzhou
摘要：
针对广州某宾馆集中空调系统改造需求，分析了空调系统设备能耗及能效，发现空调系统存在设备性能下降严重、缺乏自动控制管理、水输配系统管路复杂混乱、末端水力失衡、客房湿度过大等问题，提出了相关的节能改造建议。

Abstract：
According to the retrofitting requirements of the central air conditioning system in a hotel in Guangzhou, analyses the energy consumption and efficiency of the air conditioning units, finds some problems in the air conditioning system including serious equipment performance degradation, lacking of automatic control management, complex and confusing water transmission and distribution pipeline, unbalanced terminal hydraulic and excessive room humidity, and suggests relative energy efficiency retrofitting programs.
