新型风机叶片的研发及其在武汉地铁工程中的应用
Research and development of axial fan blade and its application to underground railway projects in Wuhan
摘要:
提出了一种新型风机叶片,并选用通用性地铁风机进行性能对比分析。介绍了叶片设计的理论基础,基于CFD技术对其内部流场进行数值模拟。模拟结果显示:新型叶片风机内部的流场更加均匀稳定。性能试验和声学试验表明:装配新型叶片后,风机全压和静压提升了4%~6%;在大流量区,风机噪声降低2%~3%;效率增加3%~5%。在地铁工程中的应用测试结果和试验结果相吻合。
Abstract:
Presents a new type of blade and conducts the performance comparison with general fans. Presents the theoretical basis of the blade design and simulates the inner velocity and pressure distribution by CFD software. The results show that the inner velocity distribution is more uniform and steady. The performance and acoustical experimental test results show that the fans total and static pressure are improved by 4% to 6% when adopting new blades, the fan noise is reduced by 2% to 3% at the high flow rate and the efficiency is improved by 3% to 5%. The test results of project application are consistent with the experimental test results.
