摘要：
该项目是集商业、办公、酒店及公寓为一体的综合体，总面积约26万m2，其裙房商业面积约10万m2，同时容纳了商业主力店、娱乐休闲设施、室内商业街等多种商业业态。介绍了该项目各功能区的暖通空调系统设计，着重介绍了办公楼的冷热源选择和水系统设置，并介绍了重庆市DBJ 50-054—2013《大型商业建筑设计防火规范》在该工程的执行情况。

Abstract：
This project is a complex of shops, offices, hotels and apartments, with the total area of about 260 000 m2, and podium commercial area of about 100 000 m2, which accommodates the business main shop, leisure facilities, indoor commercial street and other commercial activities. Describes the HVAC system design for each functional area of the project, focuses on the cold and heat source selection and chilled water system design for the office building, and states the application of Code for fire protection design of large-scale commercial buildings to this project.
