Discussion on cold and heat source of electronic industrial area
摘要:
分析了电子厂区的空调需求特性,对冷热源设备形式进行了梳理;分析了除湿和送风温差对冷源品位选择的影响,指出了7 ℃制冷剂的应用局限性;分析了常规热源在电子厂区的适用性,讨论了分区集中式与分散式两种冷热源形式的选择,总结了数据机房的冷源形式,并提出了相应的节能措施。提出了深度除湿对低温冷源需求的解决办法,总结了电子厂区的冷热源架构。结合一工程实例,介绍了冷热源方案。
Abstract:
Analyses the air conditioning demand characteristics of electronic industrial area, and reorganizes the equipments of cold and heat source. Analyses the effect of dehumidification and supply air temperature difference on the grade of cold and heat source, and reveals the application limitation of 7 ℃ cold medium. Analyses the applicability of conventional heat source to electronic industrial area, and discusses the selection of partition centralized and distributed sources, summarizes the forms of cold source of IDC rooms, and puts forward the relative energy saving measures. Presents the solution of the low temperature cold source required by deep dehumidification. Summarizes the cold and heat source framework of the electronic industrial area. Presents the cold and heat source scheme with a project.
