北京某四星级酒店集中能源站设计评价及运行分析
Design evaluation and operation analysis of energy station of a four-star hotel in Beijing
摘要:
基于北京某四星级酒店集中能源站项目2014年全年实际运行能耗数据,针对装机容量,从全年能耗、设备效率、单位供能气耗、单位供能电耗4个方面对直燃机和锅炉设备进行了详细分析。一方面通过运行情况反馈设计优劣,为优化设计主设备容量提供参考,从而降低项目初投资,并为制定更为合理的设计规范提供依据;另一方面分析了系统主设备的运行情况,提出了优化运行节能改造建议,为提高项目运营节能性和经济性提供指导。
Abstract:
Based on the operation energy consumption data in 2014, evaluates the cooling and heating capacity of devices. Analyses the characteristics of the combustion engines and the boilers from four aspects of the annual energy consumption, the energy efficiency, the unit natural gas consumption and the unit electricity consumption. On one hand, evaluates the design to provide the reference for decreasing the total investment of the project and drafting the feasible design code. On the other hand, analyses the system and devices operation to enhance energy efficiency and economic benefits.
