Research and development of new type finned dual-source (duplex channel) heat exchanger

提出了“双源(双工道)”概念,分析了双源换热器的可行性,设计了一种肋片式双源(双工道)换热器,研究了该换热器的加工工艺、性能参数、最大效率的复合换热温差及换热效率,实现了双源在双工道中的复合利用。对双源热泵机组在各种工况、不同运行模式下的换热效率进行了实验研究,通过分析有效实验数据得出:在有效温差范围内,新型肋片式双源(双工道)换热器的换热效率可高达85%。
Abstract:
Proposes the concept of dual-source (duplex channel). Analyses the feasibility of dual-source heat exchanger. Designs a new type of finned dual-source (duplex channel) heat exchanger. Studies the manufacturing process, the performance parameters, the maximum efficiency of compound heat transfer temperature difference and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger and achieves the dual-source compound use in duplex channel. Studies the thermal efficiency of the dual-source heat pump unit under various working conditions and different operating modes and analyses the effective experimental data. The results show the thermal efficiency of new type finned dual-source (duplex) can be improved to as high as 85% within the scope of the effective temperature difference.
