多机头冷水机组串联满液式换热器内水温分布的校核计算

摘要:
当多机头冷水机组串联满液式换热器流程数量大于1时,至少1台换热器内存在水温分段现象。通常设计时未考虑该现象对机组性能的影响。采用分段计算的方法对双机头机组换热器内的水温分布进行了校核计算。结果表明,计算压比较设计压比分别偏离了4.9%和-6.42%,为压缩机、节流孔板的优化设计提供了依据。测试发现机组能效提高了2.26%。
Abstract:
When the flow number of series flooded heat exchangers in multiple compressors chiller unit is more than one, water temperature segmentation exits in one heat exchanger at least. Its influence on unit performance is not considered when designing the system. Verifies the water temperature distribution of the heat exchanger in double compressors chiller unit with the method of segmentation calculation. The results show that the calculation pressure ratios are changed +4.9% and -6.42% separately, compared with the design pressure ratio, providing the evidence for optimal design of compressor and throttle orifice. Test result shows that the unit efficiency increases by 2.26%.
