介绍了该项目的工程概况,阐述了冰蓄冷冷源系统、分布式二级泵热源系统、空调末端水系统和风系统的设计内容。针对项目中实际遇到的客房区采用竖向系统还是水平系统、办公区的新风系统是否全部设置热回收、烟囱高度的确定、项目二期建设的影响等问题总结了应对措施。阐述了厨房设计、燃气设计以及招投标文件撰写等内容的注意事项,总结了冷热源系统实际造价费用指标。
Abstract:
Presents the general situation of the project, and expounds the design of ice storage cold source system, distributed secondary pump heat source system, air conditioning terminal water system and ventilation system. Summarizes the countermeasures according to the actual project issues, such as room area using vertical system or horizontal system, whether the outdoor air systems of office area setting heat recovery, the height of the chimney and the impact of the second phase of construction. Expounds the points for attention in the design of kitchen, the design of gas and the bidding documents writing, and summarizes the actual cost index of the cold and heat source system.
