老工业区原有燃煤锅炉改造再利用评价方法
Evaluation method for reformation and reuse of coal-fired boilers in old industrial areas
摘要:
选择价值工程评价方法、层次分析法与专家打分法相结合的综合评价方法,对老工业区燃煤锅炉改造再利用方案的优选进行了研究。首先基于价值工程评价方法建立燃煤锅炉改造再利用评价模型,然后利用层次分析法及专家打分法确定常规功能性评价指标权重值,再从全寿命周期角度计算不同方案的成本,最后通过计算并比较不同改造再利用方案的价值系数来衡量方案的优劣。实例应用证明了该评价方法的合理性,可为燃煤锅炉改造再利用方案的优选提供帮助。
Abstract:
Selects a comprehensive evaluation method of value engineering method, analytic hierarchy process method and expert scoring method to study the reformation and reuse scheme optimization of coal-fired boilers in old industrial areas. Firstly, establishes the reformation and reuse evaluation model of coal-fired boilers based on the value engineering evaluation method. Secondly, adopts the analytic hierarchy process method and the expert scoring method to determine the weights of general function evaluation indexes. Thirdly, calculates the life cycle costs of different schemes. Finally, evaluates the quality of different schemes through the calculation and comparison of value coefficients. The application example proves the rationality of the comprehensive evaluation method, which provides a reference for the reformation and reuse scheme optimization of coal-fired boilers.
