基于运行数据的冷凝器结垢故障检测与诊断研究
Condenser scaling fault detection and diagnosis based on operating data
摘要:
提出了基于模型方法的离心式冷水机组故障检测与诊断策略,选取4个有典型物理意义的特性参数标示冷水机组的运行情况,运用机组正常运行时的数据建立了特性参数预测模型,通过比较每个特性参数的计算值和基准值得到了残差。根据机组故障与特性参数之间的相互关系,得到了机组故障诊断规则。诊断结果表明,该故障检测与诊断策略能有效诊断冷水机组冷凝器结垢故障。
Abstract:
Proposes the fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) strategy based on a model method for centrifugal chillers, selects four performance indexes of strong physical meaning to depict the operation status of centrifugal chillers, establishes a prediction model of property parameters with normal operation data, and obtains the residual error by comparing the calculated value with the reference value. Gets the fault diagnostic rules by analyzing the relation between chiller fault and the property parameters. The fault diagnosis results show that the FDD strategy can detect and diagnose the condenser fault effectively.
