新型辐射末端结合水温自控的供冷性能实验研究
Cooling performance of a new radiant terminal with water temperature control strategy
摘要:
提出了一种新型辐射末端和基于混水温度自动控制的防结露控制策略,并搭建了系统实验台。实验测量了室内温度、室内相对湿度、围护结构表面温度、混水温度、供回水温度和水流量,研究了该辐射末端供冷模式的热舒适性和控制策略的可行性。实验结果表明,该辐射末端在竖直温差、辐射温度不对称性和地板表面温度三个方面均能满足ISO 7730的规定,控制策略初步可行,但是混水温度的控制精度需提高。
Abstract:
Puts forward a new radiant terminal and an anti-condensation control strategy based on hybrid water temperature control and establishes an experimental system. Tests the indoor air temperature, indoor air humidity, surface temperature of building envelope, mixed water temperature, supply and return water temperature and water flow rate. Researches the thermal comfort of the radiant terminal in cooling mode and the feasibility of the control strategy. The results show that the radiant terminal can meet the requirements of ISO 7730 on vertical air temperature difference, radiant asymmetry and floor temperature and the control strategy is feasible. But the control accuracy of mixed water temperature needs to be improved.
