不同环境温度下复叠式空气源热泵高温热水系统运行特性研究

摘要:

基于空气源热泵热水机组长时间低温运行会出现压缩比过高的问题,研究了复叠式空气源热泵在不同环境温度下制取高温热水的可行性、运行特性及节能性。实验结果表明,随着室外环境温度的升高,系统制取高温热水的能效系数升高,高温级压缩机的吸排气温度略有升高,低温级压缩机的排气温度呈现升高趋势,高温级压缩机的吸排气压力基本保持不变;随着出水温度的升高,系统的耗功率增大,COP降低。

Abstract:

Aiming at the high compression ratio of an air-source heat pump heating system long running in low temperature conditions, studies the feasibility, operation characteristics and energy saving of the cascade air-source heat pump when producing high temperature water under different environment temperature. The results show that the performance coefficient of producing high temperature water increases, the suction and discharge of high level compressor increases slightly, the discharge temperature of low level compressor increases, and the suction and discharge pressures of high level compressor remains constant when the outdoor environment temperature increases, and that the system power consumption increases and the system COP decreases when the water temperature increases.
