双工况直流变速空气源热泵机组运行特性实验研究
Performance research of DC variable speed air-source heat pump with double conditions
摘要:
针对空气源热泵多工况下压缩机频繁启停造成能耗和压缩机直流变速控制在不同工况下具有良好的转换特性,设计了满足空调和生活热水两种不同工况的直流变速控制空气源热泵。实验结果表明,两种工况之间可自由切换,机组在制冷、制热及高温环境制热水工况下不同的压缩机频率运行均可满足负荷要求,机组运行稳定、高效、节能。
Abstract:
Aiming at the energy consumption caused by compressor being started and stopped frequently under multiple conditions and the good conversion characteristics of compressor with DC variable speed control in different conditions, designs a DC variable speed control air-source heat pump to meet two different conditions: air conditioning and domestic hot water generation. The experimental results show that the two conditions can be switched over freely, different frequency operation of compressor can satisfy the load demand in the refrigeration, heating and hot water system under high temperature environmental conditions, and the operation of the unit is stable, high efficiency, energy saving.
