摘要:
建立了反映额定工况下机组COP随负荷率变化的基础性能系数函数。考虑冷凝器进水温度及水量、蒸发器出水温度及水量的变化对机组COP的影响,拟合得到蒸发器、冷凝器的水温和水量修正系数的多项式函数,对基础性能系数进行了修正,建立了机组在变工况时的能效模型。经验证可知,该模型具有较高的精确度,制冷和制热工况下的误差分别为-7.66%~5.41%和-5.71%~13.82%。
Abstract:
Presents a basic COP function considering the effect of load ratio in rated condition. Considering the influence of the water flow rate and the inlet temperature in the condenser and the water flow rate and the outlet temperature in the evaporator on the COP of heat pump unit, obtains the polynomial functions of the correction factors by fitting to amend the basic COP, and establishes a model of COP in transient conditions. It is indicated by validity test that this model has higher accuracy, and the error is -7.66% to 5.41% in cooling condition and -5.71% to 13.82% in heating condition.
