中国与新加坡绿色建筑评价标准体系对比
Comparison of green building system in China and Singapore
摘要：
简要介绍了中国绿色建筑标准，BREEAM，LEED，CASBEE，DGNB以及新加坡Green Mark等绿色建筑评价体系的发展历史。深入分析了GB/T 50378—2014《绿色建筑评价标准》和新加坡Green Mark国际中文版评价标准（1.0版）在评价方法、评价指标、评价内容、评价等级划分以及申请与奖励机制等方面的异同，并结合实际工程案例进行对比，为中国绿色建筑评价标准的完善提供了参考。

Abstract：
Presents the development of China green building system, BREEAM, LEED, CASBEE, DGNB and Singapore BCA Green Mark System. Performs the comparative analysis between GB/T 50378—2014 Evaluation standard for green building and BCA Green Mark International (Version RB/1.0 and NRB/1.0) in aspects of evaluation method, indicators, content, certification levels, application and incentive policies. Combined with an actual project, performs the comparison, which provides references for the improvement of China green building assessment system.
