宿舍通风量对感冒疾病传播的影响
Effect of dormitories’ ventilation rates on spread of common cold

研究了大学生感冒感染率与宿舍通风量和居住密度的关系。第一阶段为横断面研究,主要通过问卷调查大学生健康状况和宿舍环境。第二阶段,测量宿舍夏季与冬季的室内温度、相对湿度和CO2体积分数,计算宿舍通风量。结果表明:6人间宿舍的学生每年感冒感染率是3人间宿舍学生的2倍;宿舍通风量与感冒感染率之间存在显著的剂量-反应关系;大学生呼吸道感染与宿舍的拥挤度和低通风量有关。
Abstract:
Investigates the relationship between the infection rate of the common cold and the ventilation rate and crowdedness in their dormitories. In the phase I of the study, investigates the health of the students and the environment of the dormitories mainly by questionnaire. In the phase II, measures indoor temperature, relative humidity and CO2 volume concentrations in both summer and winter, and then calculates dormitory ventilation. The results show that the infection rate of the students in six-person dorm rooms is twice as high as that of the students in three-person rooms. There is a dose-response relationship between ventilation rates in dormitories and the infection rate of the common cold. Crowded dormitories and low ventilation rates are associated with respiratory infections among college students.
