中俄两国绿色建筑评价标准中节能评价指标的对比
Comparison and analysis of energy saving indicators in green building evaluation standards of China and Russia
摘要：
介绍了我国GB/T 50378—2014《绿色建筑评价标准》与俄罗斯《公共建筑与个人住宅人居可持续性评价制度》的节能方法。从系统能耗保障控制、建筑节能设计优化、能量回收与可再生能源利用3个方面对2个标准中的节能方法进行了比较。结果表明，2个标准中节能方法覆盖面基本一致，但强调点有所不同，我国标准节能指标设定更加丰富、更具操作性。

Abstract：
Presents the energy saving methods in China’s Assessment standard for green building and Russia’s Habitat stability evaluation criteria of individual apartments and public buildings. Compares the two standards from following three aspects: supporting systems control, building’s energy efficiency design optimization, energy recovery and renewable resource utilization. The result shows that energy saving methods of the two standards are basically identical but the priorities are different. The energy saving indicatiors in China’s criteria are more abundant and flexible.
