基于干渠直接取水的污水源热泵系统及首端过滤装置的应用实例

摘要:
针对某城市原生污水源热泵系统污水干渠特殊的地理位置和施工限制,对其污水系统的取水方式进行了研究,详细介绍了该污水源热泵系统的工艺流程、直接取水方式、污水泵选择、首端过滤装置设计等,并针对实际运行中发现的问题改进防阻方法,提出了一种污水干渠内粗过滤防污思路,供原生污水源热泵系统工程参考。

Abstract:
In view of special geographical position of the trunk sewer and construction limitation of an urban untreated sewage source heat pump system, researches water intake modes of the sewage system. Presents in detail the process, direct water intake mode, sewage pump selection and head end filtration unit design of the sewage source heat pump system. In the light of the actual operation problems, improves the anti-clogging method and proposes an antifouling idea of coarse filtering inside the trunk sewer, providing a reference to the untreated sewage source heat pump project.
