发动机试验室的通风排烟技术应用

摘要:

为了确定某水冷式柴油发动机试验室的通风量,分析了其试验室热量的输入及输出,并采用热平衡方程进行设计计算。采用复合式排烟管道系统及Y形双排管,起到对烟气的稀释和降温作用,大大提高了试验室的防燃防爆、应对和排除紧急故障的能力以及安全可靠性。

Abstract:

To determine the ventilation rate for a water-cooled engine testing room, analyses the heat input and output, and calculates the heating load by using the heating balance equation. Designs a compound ventilation and exhaust system and Y-shaped double tube, which can also help diluting and cooling the exhaust smoke, enhancing the flame and explosion protection capability and its safety reliability.
