Experimental study on stress calculation of directly buried heating L-shape elbows

为使有限元法准确用于直埋供热管道L形弯头的应力计算,直埋敷设了DN800预制保温管实验台,测试了5种供水温度下L形弯头的应变,将实验应变值与有限元解进行对比分析,验证了有限元模型及其边界条件的正确性。这种经过实验验证的有限元法可准确用于小于弹性臂长的DN600~DN1200直埋供热L形弯头的应力计算。
Abstract:
In order to verify the accuracy of stress calculation with the finite element method for the L-shaped elbow of directly buried heating pipe, develops a DN800 directly buried heating pipeline experimental rig, and tests the strain of the L-shaped elbow at five different supply water temperatures. Compares the test values with finite element solution. The results show the correctness of the finite element model and the boundary conditions. The finite element method verified by experiment can be applied to the stress calculation of directly buried heating L-shape elbows with the arms shorter than the length of the expansion leg and pipe diameter of DN600 to DN1200.
