广州白天鹅宾馆改造工程暖通空调系统绿色节能设计
Green and energy efficient HVAC system design for Guangzhou White Swan Hotel retrofitting project
摘要：
介绍了广州白天鹅宾馆的绿色节能改造的设计思路。作为既有酒店建筑，针对白天鹅宾馆改造前能耗大的问题，分析了绿色节能措施的实际效益，选取暖通空调系统、生活热水系统、锅炉房系统和能源管理系统作为建筑节能改造的重点内容，项目达到绿色建筑二星设计标识的要求。预计在改造前后同等建筑使用强度的条件下，单位建筑面积年能源使用费用降低超过100元/m2，与不采用这种高效系统设计思路的酒店建筑相比，增量投资回收期不超过3 a。
Abstract：
Presents the design idea of the green and energy-saving retrofit. As an existing hotel building with high energy-consumption problem, analyses the actual benefits of green energy-saving measures. Selects the HVAC system, domestic hot water system, boiler room system and energy management system as the key contents of the retrofit. The project reaches a two-star level in the green building design assessment. Concludes that the annual energy cost will decrease by more than 100 yuan per square meter at the same energy intensity and the incremental payback period is less than 3 years.
