用单位医疗量的能耗密度评价医院能耗水平的研究

摘要：
利用数理统计方法分析了上海市市属33家三级甲等医院近5年与能耗相关的建筑面积、门急诊人次、床位数等9类数据，得出了医院建筑面积和医疗业务量是三级甲等医院能耗的主要影响因素。按照治疗成效的能耗评价思路和医院用能及其管理现状，提出并验证了用单位医疗量的能耗密度指标评价三级甲等医院能耗水平的合理性和有效性。
Abstract：
Based on the mathematical statistics method, analyses nine kinds of energy consumption data of 33 3-A grade hospitals in Shanghai in the past five years, including building areas, medical service amount, bed numbers, etc. Concludes that the building area of the hospital and the medical service amount are the main factors affecting the energy consumption of the 3-A grade hospital. According to the evaluating idea of medical effective energy consumption and the status of hospital energy and management, proposes the index of medical energy consumption density to evaluate the energy consumption level of the 3-A grade hospital, and validates its rationality and validity.
