填料塔尺寸改变对叉流除湿器热质传递性能影响的理论研究
Theoretical analysis of impacts of packed tower sizes on heat and mass transfer performance of cross-flow dehumidifier
摘要:
选用规整填料作为气液接触介质,以40%的LiCl-H2O溶液作为除湿溶液,通过数值模拟得到了填料塔尺寸(宽、高、厚)改变和保持填料体积不变的情况下填料尺寸(宽、高、厚)改变对除湿器性能的影响规律。理论分析表明,分别增加填料高度、宽度和厚度时,高度和厚度对除湿器性能影响较明显,而在保持填料厚度不变的情况下,高宽比大的填料塔性能要优于高宽比小的填料塔,高宽比为1.1~1.2时,除湿器性能处于较优的状况。
Abstract:
Adopting structured packing as gas-liquid contact medium, with 40% of the LiCl-H2O solution as desiccant solution, obtains rules of the influences from changes in the packing tower sizes (width, height or thickness) and from changes in the filler sizes (width, height or thickness) with a constant packing volume on the performance of the dehumidifier. A theory analysis shows that when individually increasing the height, width or thickness of the filler, the height and thickness of the dehumidifier affects evidently its performance, and when the packing thickness remains a constant, the performance of the packed tower with bigger aspect ratio is superior to that with smaller aspect ratio, and when the aspect ratio is 1.1 to 1.2, the performance of dehumidifier is better.
